About Us

Ethical Eating has now become Food for Change.

Please visit the new website www.foodforchange.org.uk. Thank you!

Ethical Eating promotes food choices that help create an equitable world.

Through the choices we make every day, we determine what happens in the world tomorrow.

One of the most significant choices we make every day is the food we eat.  The simple act of making the right food choices has huge implications on the lives of others.  By choosing to eat foods that require the least amount of resources (such as land, water, pesticides, fertilisers, energy) and have the smallest impact on our environment (such as climate change, deforestation, pollution), we can ensure there is enough food for everyone and that we all can live in a healthy environment.

All of us have a basic human right to food, water, shelter, economic security and health. The impact of the livestock industry abuses each of these human rights.  When we eat meat and dairy products we choose to consume more than our fair share of resources as well as destroying our planet, which means that others suffer as a consequence.

Our vision is of a world where our food choices promote equality for all of us who live on this planet and depend on its fragile resources. Help make this vision a reality by making just one important decision today. This decision will not only dramatically improve your life, but also the lives of millions of others too.

What are you waiting for? Go vegan.
